You are so cute!! Lol. I think I need to make these. Us Polish and Ukrainian people make the knot, then the top of the knot you pinch a tiny beak and use black peppercorns for the eyes then with a scissor you cut slits for the tail.

Those look good! Have you tried brushing them with the mixture before baking?

You can brush them with a little oil or butter before you bake them. But the garlic will burn and get bitter. I like tossing them right out of the oven.

Well, Lady Di...you did it again. These look delicious, and easy to make. I am adding these to my folder with all of your other appetizer recipes...to be made soon. Thank you!! About gadgets... Last month I bought an herb scissors...It looks like three regular scissors sandwiched together. It is the most incredible things. You will get perfectly chopped parsley (or any other herb) every time in about three seconds...totally awesome!

I like to stuff garlic knots with marinara sauce, grated cheese and chopped cold cuts. It may sound completely wrong but I live in Greece, I didn't exactly grow up eating garlic knots, lol, I just found out that they existed once while looking for ways to use up leftover pizza dough. They do taste good.

Haha! You and your gadgets. It does look like a useful little tool, though, like a mini food processor. Our Publix sells fresh pizza dough in their bakery dept, and these look like great fun! A great variation from run of the mill dinner rolls!
