Love me some freshly minced garlic and some mellted butter on my knots. Garlic knots need to be overwhelmingly garlicky to put a smile on my face.

@@pastafazool65 I enjoy them weekly. Used to go to local pizzerias to get knots regularly, then found a good dough recipe. I used your rotating slicing technique the last time I made them. Helps to have a long dough rope when tying knots. Thank you.

Ok, 3 cups of bread flour or all purpose 1teaspoon salt, 1teaspoon sugar, 1/2 cup olive oil, 1-1/2 cup of water mix for 5 minutes cut it in 8 oz each dough balls you should get about 5 doughs let it rise for about 2-3 hrs once the has risen to about twice the size put in refrigerator for 2hr to stop the rising of the dough then take out cut un long snake as you see in the video bake for about 10 minutes put your spices on AND HAVE A BLAST😀😁 Good luck.

What kind of Extra Virgin Olive Oil do you use.

I used in this video Italian Supremo it has a a great olive taste, but the best in my opinion here in the states I would say( BASSO )olive oil for taste color and texure I think it's the best olive oil straight from my reagion in Italy BASSO OLIVE OIL SIMPLY THE BEST😊
