Hi if i buy lobster meat from store without shell in grocery but its not pre cooked do i cook the lobster before i prepare this or there is no need to?

I hv personally tried couple of lobster recipes and didnt like any of them including Indian variants with spices and chilies. Was on the verge of giving and landed in this. This is clearly the best way to cook lobsters which turns out to be healthy and delicious. I tried it myself today and cant get it enough.
