This recipe is a welcome alternative to the usual ones for chicken wings that appear all over. I would brush the wings with melted butter before broiling to give them a LITTLE more color (and watching closely to make sure that the butter did not burn).

I made these wings 2 weeks ago was not happy with the flavor. So I made them again friday night I let the seasoning set for 45 minutes with out the cornstarch and parmesan cheese what a big difference. Smokin'& Grillin'with AB I baked some Lemon Pepper Wings a couple of nights ago. I didn't go crazy with the Lemon Pepper because it has a lot of sodium in it but they still DELICIOUS. The chicken was golden brown and it fell off of the bone. That was my first time baking Lemon Pepper Wings in a while. My man asked me "Why you make 'em SO GOOD?!" He's trying to do Intermittent Fasting. He had 15 minutes left of it when I finished baking them. He tried to take one bite of it but ended up eating both of them because they were just that good.

Garlic infused olive oil is expansive.. but admittedly delicious. It's also ultra fast & easy to make your own. A little olive oil in a skillet. A few sliced cloves of garlic and sauté until garlic looks golden. Then add the amount of oil you want to infuse and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Strain off the garlic bits & store in fridge for up to a week. I make it a cup at a time & use 6 cloves of garlic. Easy, fast & inexpensive this homemade version rivals even the best brands of garlic infused olive oil.
