I just made these. They are so good. I made the recipe with just over one pound of wings instead of two pounds, reducing the cornstarch to one tablespoon keeping all the rest of the quantities the same. And I used garlic olive oil instead of crushed garlic. I make fried garlic chips using olive oil so I have very garlicy olive oil that works great. I mixed everything using a food processor. I'm not a fan of blue cheese so I used ranch with sriracha sauce. Thank you! This has been added to my arsenal of great recipes.

Just slice up a bunch of garlic and fry it in about a cup of olive oil until it starts to turn brown. Strain it and you have great garlic olive oil.

It's a nice coating but I am marinating in a garlic and herb Marinade, first then follow through with some Kinders seasoning along with the rest of your coating suggestions. But I am using the powdered parmesan, I think it clings better to wings.
