Today I present one of the best steak accompaniments there is, my roasted garlic mushrooms. This recipe is extremely easy to make and its garlicy flavor pares well with all cuts of beef and pork.

Ingredients:
16 ounces mushrooms
3 Tbs unsalted butter, melted
1 Tbs oil amzn.to/3kWrMk8
3 Tbs red wine vinegar amzn.to/36HuWPn
1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
Zero carb sugar sub = 1 Tbs sugar substitute amzn.to/2hReroU
2 Tbs soy sauce
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried thyme amzn.to/2JkOsEt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
*Dried parsley for garnish
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Make the sauce by adding all ingredients, except mushrooms, to a large mixing bowl.
3. Add the mushrooms in sauce and toss to coat.
4. Arrange in a single layer on a baking pan and roast in the oven until the mushrooms are tender, about 25 minutes.
