Once again a very well done video and very well presented, I think you should write a cook book !, fill it with all these great recipes, pictures and your own words explaining what it should taste like, with your smiling face on the cover it would be a great addition to anybody's kitchen

This looks delicious. I know I would love it! I loved the Garlic Rice they serve at a lot of places when I was in The Philippines. Having Garlic Shrimp on top seems even better. I especially loved your "ta dum" when you removed the lid at the end, so cute!

Satoshi, nice recipe! My problem is I hate garlic I wonder how it would taste of you substitute the garlic with potatoes? I guess it would be potato shrimp, maybe not quite the same thing. Thanks for the recipe 😊
@kantanfood3 жыл бұрын
Potatoes & shrimp with pepper and salt, simple and I think it is tasty. How about making shrimp with chili sauce if you don't like garlic. In that dish they also use garlic but you don't have to.

@kantanfood3 жыл бұрын
I am using not real "Clay" pot, it is made with metal but we , in Japan, have REAL clay pot which we can use on induction heater. This dish is clay pot "style" . So, forgive me it is fun to cook☺

The only thing I don't like about garlic shrimp is that they keep the shell on and its very hard for me to peel it off. Why leave it on?
@kantanfood3 жыл бұрын
You can peel their shell when you prepare them. It is for texture when you bite and appearance. Without shell is easier to eat, I think so too..(^^♪
