If you are a freediver or spearfisherman, you don’t need mk2i and pay 200$ more for watch and 400 for sensor. I’ve got mk2 and i love it.

i am looking for a backup for my perdix 2. i am thinking of getting a teric but thinking that i am also a distance runner, i need the functionality of mk2 to alert me when i can finally run after a dive using the "no fly" alerts. since i already have perdix 2 ai with transmitters, i'll just get the mk2. thank you for this video!!!

I simply cannot believe that the 2i isn't available in all the colours the Mk2 is available in seeing as Garmin already have the materials/tooling. The point of (me) getting the Garmin over the competition is because it's an everyday/daily watch. I need to be able to wear it in all situations and with its spazzy blue infantile Spiderman buttons, it's a non-starter for me because it then becomes just a dive watch and then I may as well get something cheaper.
