I went for 51 mm even though 47mm was the right size due to double the battery almost double the screen more durable due to bigger case and strap for only 100$ more…it looks a little bigger but hey it’s a sports watch…Casio mudmaster fans would agree, u can have a bigger watch for bigger purposes after all it’s not a dress watch…u can’t always go according to ur wrist size but the purpose for which u are buying this watch…an Everest base camp trek including flight would be 20 days plus…beyond the battery capacity of a 47 mm and at high altitude battery drains twice fast…

Good choice. I’ve been using the 51mm for around a year now. Awesome watch! The built in flash light is super handy. Just double tap the top left button to activate.

I ended up ordering the EPIX PRO GEN 2 in 47mm sapphire today...it has all the same golf stats as the Approach s70 i found out...hope i made the right choice...lol....thx again for your review

Good choice. The hardware is better on the Epix Pro, compared to the S70. You get a sapphire display, improved heart rate sensors, led flashlight, better water rating (10 ATM vs 5 ATM), and it has all the software features of the S70 and then some more.

Cordial greetings from Colombia, very good video please which epix pro you are reviewing is 47 or 51 mm. my wrist measures 17.4 CM which of the fos would you recommend and the other question is I have an epix 2 sapphire multiband I bought it in December 2022 do you think my watch is relegated and if it is worth switching to pro, the truth is wue Was the pro so recent? . I was previewing the 51mm epix pro and comparing it to the 47 mm epix gen 2. I would recommend getting the epix pro over the epix for the upgraded heart rate sensor and the flash light. I’m not sure if you should get the 51mm or the 47mm. It’s kind of a personal preference on how it looks. The band size on both go to 200+mm. One big advantage of the 51mm over the 47mm is the significant improvement in battery life. Also, since the screen is bigger it will be slightly better for viewing maps. At this point, I don’t really getting the Epix gen 2 over the Epix pro, unless you can find it on sale. I will also add that from personal experience, the heart rate monitor on the pro is significantly better than on the epix gen 2. I think Garmin finally has a wrist based heart rate sensor that track quite accurately, most of the time - 90%. I found that with previous versions, if I did a strenuous activity, without starting an activity on the watch, the watch wouldn’t accurately track my heart rate. I could feel my heart rate was high, but the watch was saying it was low.
