Garmin Mini 2 install with added Polarized Lens Cover watch until the end

Hey everyone, I recently moved my existing dash cam in the Toyota Tundra to the Subaru and installed a Garmin Mini 2 dash cam with the added Polarized Lens Cover in the Tundra. It's an easy install and most everything is done through the app, so lets check it out.

Hello, thanks for the test. At the beginning of the video there is an example of a recording with the Garmin inscription and the time/date. This is not present in the subsequent examples of video from the recorder. Did you crop the video to height? In the settings you can remove the time/date display; the Garmin sign cannot be removed, at least in firmware 3.20 and 3.60. I bought a mini 2 to record videos of the places I go, why Garmin thinks I have to see its logo on the content is not entirely clear...

Where do you find the power adapter for the mirror. And I like the straightforward showing and explanation. Everyone else seems to show off their vehicles with explanations that has nothing to do with the camera process

The power adapter to get rid of wires is specific to your vehicle's mirror. Those mirrors usually have a 10-pin or 12-pin plug in the back. Here's an old video I did on those. Let me know if you have any more questions. Thx. kzbin.info/www/bejne/gqbWiatphb1natU

still saying in "my decides" that I have 4 cameras.. after l deleted the Garmin Drive app from my iPhone, Forget this device(s) ...reinstalling the app and adding them again.. Now I see I have to "sign in" to the vault... I never set up the vault.... anyone having this issue??? 2- Dash Cam Minnie 2's... the rear is 2 years old and the front in less the 6 months. I replaced the 66 W I had in the front for 3 years.I'm thinking about switching them back....

@@828findadventure do the SD cards have a lifespan ??? I usually try "live view" front and rear..if I can get in and out by switching views, then I know it's working right. I've been removing the front camera to put up my sun shade for the dashboard...popping it on and off messes up with the sight alignment..The 66 W stayed on for a minute to set the alignment before I drive away. Its much quicker taking the SD card out and using the computer for the video downloads.. Pics pop up quick...I connected the new mini to my phone yesterday , it still says I have 4 cameras in "my devices " on my iPhone..even though I only have 2...If I choose one of the doubles in "forget this device"' It delete that camera...

@@joeknowz4898 I only have a single cam in each vehicle and never use the app. As for the SD card I have used the same cards for years. I’m sure there is potential to fail in high heat, but it hasn’t happened yet.

@@828findadventure yeah..my 66 W got real hot... I used that SD card for the new mini. I added the new mini to my iPhone and it says I have 2 cameras again...if I" forget this device" thinking one is a duplicate..it deletes them both.. every Garmin update just adds more problems... I never set up the vault features , now it says my rime has expired and I have to sing in...sign in to what ??? LOL...
