You can't take calls neither type a txt on this watch right?

No. For Android, there are quick text replies (for a select few pre-written common responses).

I discovered that we can edit the replies. Just tap on the prewrite option.

I get as far as the connect button, then the app stalls and it does not ask for a pin, and no pin appears on the watch. Then it fails about a minute later.
