I can confirm that. When I need help in a Bunnings (like a product that isn't actually IN an aisle), employees are nowhere to be found, and they're often quickly walking as they do stuff, so it's hard to get them. The place is huge and there seemingly aren't many employees around. So you ask a person at a counter and they go on the loud speaker, and you wait, and you wait. The loudspeaker person just asks for anyone, so I imagine every employee is like "surely someone else has got that one covered". Sometimes you get someone who can really help out though.
