For me, the best part in this video is how KZbin handled it. They didn't just jump the gun like they usually do and revert the issue after the creator reaches out. This employee saw the blatant attempt and not only told Garo and his attorney that the claim was bogus, but also straight up told the accusers "Take a look at how the fair use you claim actually works and stop trying to pull this." and informed you about it while also warning that there could be direct attempts from the creator. Definitely a nice change of pace in a time where a lot of negativity about KZbin's administration going around.

After knowing Garo personally for over a year, and being considered one of his closest friends for quite some time, I can safely say that he sadly has some serious problems that he needs to work on, yet fully refuses to. He refuses to accept any of this as his fault, and instead pins everything on others and what people have done to him in the past. There isn't a lot that I haven't seen from him being one of his administrators. I truly wish him a better change for the future. Thank you for posting this for us to know about, he needs to know his place and understand that he can't shut himself off from a community while still wishing to be a prominent part of it. Whether that be the furry community, KZbin community, or content creation community in general. I don't wish harm on him at all, I want to make that absolutely clear. But I do wish for him to travel along a healthier and more helpful path for himself and the people who he claims to care so much about. I joined his Discord at one point completely out of curiosity, I never saw ANYONE talk to one another UNLESS they were talking to Garo. At some point a fan asked him on his thoughts about Sims 4, I decided to also reply, directly to Garo as I thought it would be fine to talk about a funny story about my time playing Sims where I joked about setting fire to one of the sims for how horrible his AI specifically was, and explained before I could do anything he set the house on fire. I remember when I first encountered one of his tiktok vids, at first I thought of em as nothing more but another vr using VTUBER. GaroShadowScale is at another level of insanity. If he wanted people to not talk about him, he could have done it in a more friendly way instead of making a video to act like he's the victim to get the support of his followers who are heavily supportive and defensive about Garro's behaviour. I have seen lots of SunnyV2 about KZbinrs who ruined their careers and reputations, if he had a problem in his life he could have said publicly "I have a problem and I need help." People who don't know the past, are doomed to repeat it.

Nah, I think Garo is the one who's probably partially colorblind. Only his avatars's sclera (the part that's normally white) are green. The avatar is mostly blue/dark turquoise.

When it comes to fursona designs I do believe less can be more. Simple characters can still be interesting. However a simple looking sona like garos dragon is so simple and basic that its not even worth 100 bucks. I could end up making a blue dragon with a simple design and it could be seen as a garo look alike. And thats the thing about his dragon....he claims its green but its actually a blue dragon, with a light blue belly and green eyes. If he really thinks his dragon is completely green then im convinced that hes not only blind about his ego and the yt statistics, but hes also color blind as well.
