Turns out the desire to find alternate ways to explore and express your own identity, such as through a cartoon persona, often goes hand-in-hand with being LGBTQ. Example: Maybe being a spunky little fox online was a sign all along that you weren't exactly straight/cis. You just struggled to stare the human image of yourself in the face for awhile - it needed to be digested through a fox-like image first, one that was easy to hide from your shitty parents and homophobic school. But now that fox is a part of you. It helped you grow and find out what sort of person you want to be.

Oh, someone could've done that legitimately with multiple save files. Transferring 'mons to a Stadium file on their N64 and then moving 'mons to a single file after the fact allows for a _lot_ of cheese. Stadium 2 made it even worse with the multi-generation transfers (hi, Fire Punch Charmander!). Hell, even someone with the means and brains to do that would've said that it was cheating simply because it's not fair. But Verlis always falls back on the "cheating" argument even if it's meaningless.

I've been a fan of Pokémon ever since I was a toddler and been through all these controversies Verlisfy has been in. He also attacked an artist who used to critique the Fandom & call out toxicity and assumed the Gen Wunner character was him and she drew Wally holding a Delcatty and he went on a rant on how Delcatty sucks. Verlisify has never changed and will continue to be terrible. And to add more he's racist and also attacks religious people. Edit: And don't get me started on how he attacks every single Poketuber he deems unworthy of the Pokémon community. Hey, uhm WeedleTwineedle was not actually a groomer. WeedleTwineedle was falsely accused. Verlisify convinced an ex-friend of WT to claim grooming and Verlisify took advantage of the minor who left that community. Many Poketubers looked into it and Weedle themselves proved that nothing really happened. Edit2: His newest controversy is attacking the Animal Crossing community. He's never going to be stopped unfortunately Edit3: Verlisify also doesn't allow anyone to have fun. He gatekeeps Pokémon to a toxic level; he feels that people who use Pokémon they like are garbage battlers.

Wanna know something funny? A few years ago, Verlisify let a known hacker (person who gens their Pokemon using PkHex) stay in his Discord server because they gave him a lot of money When those close to him called him out, he called them "fake friends" then they left his Discord with no mods

Bruh lmao. Some of the mods are just awful since they tend to ban people for the dumbest of reasons. Idk if they were still like this before the mods turned against him but they were sharing Verlis's paranoia on newer members of his server either being a mole for other content creators, a hacker, or just make false assumptions about a person when it is completely unwarranted. I think one example of this that has stuck with me is when one of the mods falsely accused a poketuber Verlis doesn't like of assaulting her and she said this out of the blue with no concrete evidence. And so one of the members did the right thing and brought it to the poketuber's attention and he shared it on Twitter calling it out and defending himself. Eventually the other members found out who was sending him the conversation and they banned them. So to hear that they turned against verlis is just hilarious because they blindly defend him on a lot of things and are essentially bootlickers.

@@TheA-Jocose 1. He dated an underage girl. When I was starting to build up my channel around 2012, I set up a skype group for some of my earliest watchers to chat with me directly. One of them happened to be a girl around the age of 15. Said girl apparently had a crush on Verlis. Eventually, Verlisify was added to this group since we had become friends. The girl used this as a way of directly contacting him in private, where the two began dating. From what I heard, they lived in the same city and even slept together. A lot of this info came later, I never asked anyone their ages so I had no idea this was going on until well after the fact. 2. He purposely causes drama. While this one may seem obvious, it was nice to get confirmation from the man himself - He purposely stirs the pot as it gets him the most attention, and thus the most youtube dollars. There are times where he doesn't outright disagree with what Smogon does, but will still make a video about how its wrong and bad to milk the situation for money. He also tried to encourage me to do the same. 3. He does indeed steal the sets he shares. If you find his Chesnaught video (the one where he colabs with TheRamosOnline), you'll see that Ramos only gets credit for one of the sets. Ramos actually came up with every set in the video, as well as several sets from the Delphox video. I know this because I *am* TheRamosOnline. He also stole several sets from my own community members via the skype group. This was well before Discord was a thing. (2012-2013). 4. He tried to get me to learn how to make Minecraft animations. I don't know why. Maybe he thought he could get free animations from me or something? I'm talking in the style of "Revenge" and such.

As a big Pokemon fan that grew up with since a toddler, and autistic and LGBT, Verlisify is the most disrespectful and disgusting individual I've known since I joined the community during the hype of the Pokemon XY games. There are a lot of things Verlisify did that are really bad or much worse than you listed because he privates a lot of his videos, so I understand why they weren't mentioned in your video/you missed them. Thankfully I've been saving some in my playlist over the years. > Verlisify made a video in mockery to Etika's disappearance and death, and Etika knew how bad Verlis was long before this occurred. Verlis even commented on his livestream which you can find on KZbin. > Made a video on Pimpnite "hacking" because those two had a battle and Verlisify lost. > Same problem with Shofu except those two were betting on money. > Attacked the Amourshipping fanbase twice for no reason 1) over their reaction when Serena kissed Ash and 2) received a copyright strike and letter from The Pokemon Community because of said video he made. (I have links to both videos and wish to leave them here but YT will delete it so search my Verlisify playlist and you'll see it) > Attacked the Super Smash Bros community because he tried joining the tournament for money but stepped down because money was not involved. > Attacked Giancarloparimango11 (although GCPM11 had his own problems as well at the time, but I digress) for "stealing" The Pokemon Company's livestream to react to it during XY hype. > Back in his early years, Verlis would tell haters to drink bleach and other base liquids over a disagreement. > Calls shiny hunters a bunch of hackers despite having proof that they never hacked their shinies. > Supports hacking and glitching, even made videos praising it, then later went against it and attack people because of the disagreements. He still does it to this day. > Constantly attacking Wolfey and the VGC community over "hacked" Pokemon. He's been doing this for as long as I can remember (which his negativity only made Wolfey become king of VGC and most subscribed PokeTuber next to MunchingOrange while also sponsored by Pokemon twice) > And of course many other things people addressed in the comment section! There are a lot of other instances that this guy did, so many that I can't keep up and name them all, and probably many more that I'm not aware of, but this list should give you the idea of what type of person Verlisify is. I actually used to watch Verlisify ages ago back at the start of his channel when he did Pokémon X and Y content and really did enjoy it and his guides. You arent too familiar with pokemon but still absolutely captured why most of us despise this man. But for more Juicy, Pokemon Related Dramas: - He calls out 2 Time World Champion / Content Creator Wolfey for cheating basically every time he wins a serious tournament. While its semi-common to hack in pokemon for tournaments, people take a lot of time to make sure they do not break rules when hacking. Wolfey, however, is one of the few that doesnt hack at all and has proven multiple times. - He calls out other youtubers like DuncanCantDie (mostly due to the previous art theft drama) and others like Pimpnite, for hacking thier pokemon. While the tournament arguement has some weight, theres nothing bad at all about content creators speeding up the process for content. -Called out multiple competitive players for "Timer Stalling" when there is nothing against this in the tournament rules. -Has competed in tournaments with far more goofier sets than the Wailord one shown. Such as a Double Team Drifblim with Baton Pass. This strategy lost every time. - Half of his competitive pokemon drama reeks of resentment that he cant seem to win anything despite making "creative" teams, compared to other competitors

Thank you for making this video. Verlisify recently commented on a video of mine (So Deep Perfect Sphere Mix) trying to discredit a DanceDanceRevolution WR I have in an older version of the game (DDR EXTREME) and even name-dropped a top player as if to say "they are better and this version is old and this song isn't worth playing" but I actually know this player personally and I was there in-person when they were trying to WR this specific song on EXTREME for over an hour. Basically it's really nice to see a cohesive 20-minute video saying he's always been like this and that he is the absolute worst, lol.

You are correct! He did a whole hour livesteam just to report players who was doing no harm to anything and enjoying their time in a video game. Bet he never touch AC:NH since 2020 when the star trees was super popular, he can never commit to playing a certain game outside of mainline Pokémon games and wonder why his content is so dull, repetitive and boring as fuck.
