You know, I'll be the first to admit. Not everyone's kinks are pure, not everyone's kinks are completely safe or legal. The mind forms attachments to some fucked up things, especially when your formative years aren't stable. That said, there's a difference between having the idea of something and indulging it. Having an idea is largely harmless. It's thought play, usually fleeting, and generally gets translated to something more harmless. Something like roleplay in the bedroom. When you indulge it, though, is where things cross a line. Be it in the form of porn or the actual act. Unless you put strict boundaries and limits, it's easy to escalate and justify to yourself that you're not doing anything wrong. It's easy to tell yourself, "It's just some eye candy. It's just some feeling. Just a bit more of a handsy hug." It's teasing yourself into taking it another step further until you finally commit an act that makes going back impossible. Because once you justify to yourself that doing that act is fine, it takes real world repercussions to convince you otherwise.

Honestly this video is just perfectly done, I'm an ex-victim of Sappho (She groomed me along with a lot of other kids, at the time I had no idea what was happening) and I really appreciate how EVERY aspect of her was covered. Only thing I'd like to add is quite how manipulative she was. She put on this persona of a 'loving, caring motherly' kind, and used that to her advantage, in very not child-friendly ways. @@deeznuts-kw6yv I met her through VR chat, introduced by a 'friend' (they are not my friend anymore, their intentions for me never were friendly) who I believe knows Sappho personally, though I'm not sure. I don't really want to speak about the messages other than the fact that they were NOT something a child should read, it did get very sexual at times, I did try and express my discomfort but she completely ignored it, so it ended up that I'd just say what she wanted to hear in order to please her. I didn't really have anyone but her and that other 'friend' at the time.. She used manipulative tactics like guilt-tripping and kind of 'cornering' me in a way that I felt she was the only person I could turn to. When my 'friend' sexually assaulted me, she was who I told, I'll admit that she did help me through it then, even if it was just to gain more of my trust and keep feeding the belief that she was the only one there for me. She managed to cut me off from a lot of people after that, convincing me that they just wanted to use me for their own sexual pleasures too. I guess you could kind of call it gaslighting? I'll try and add more detail later, but it's a hard thing to speak about (Though I don't mind sharing my story) and if you have any other questions, I'm happy to answer them for you :] (Edit: added some more details, I'm also thinking about making a doc to share my experience in full detail, but I don't know if I should)

I didn't know about the situation until Ponder's video and decided to look further into it. And I'm honestly confused about how someone can even have this mindset. Her logic towards everything is disgusting and really twisted. I hate how she puts so much responsibility on children to not be groomed as if it's their fault an adult took advantage of them. It always astonishes me that zoos and pedos can't seem to make the distinction between cognitive understanding and the use of a word. Any child can say "yes" to something if you make it sound interesting to them. That does not mean they are making an informed decision or have cognitive understanding of the situation. A child saying "yes" is not consent, because they do not know what they're saying "yes" to. They don't know the full gravity of the situation they're being put into, they don't know how it will affect them or what ANY of it means. The same goes for even intelligent animals. For dogs, any dog will (superficially) say "yes" if you give them rewards for doing it. That doesn't mean they know what's going on, what they're """agreeing""" to, or how it might affect them. A dog does not understand human desires the way we do. A dog responds to what it is trained to do. And if you have to train your dog to LIKE being abused, that goes against zoo's ENTIRE argument of "they love me and it's natural and our bond transcends species". No. If you're training a dog to enjoy that kind of abuse, that dog is not consenting or choosing that at all. It's responding to operant conditioning. That's all it is.
