Wow!! I use to live there in 1984 to 86, crazy how much worse this flood looks compared to the 84 flood. I live in Mansfield, ohio now and it sets on a kinda plateu upper sea level so we never deal with floods to this degree like garrett Kentucky here, just minor spots here and there.

E of Parts A-E The homeless-shelters are powered and heated with butane and solar-panels, depending on how well the infrastructure held up, which are integrated into the construction of the *temporary* _homeless-shelters._ Which are a dry, clean place to sleep, and store their stuff. People from the city drive out to the homeless-communities to pick up food bank food; because that is where the food banks and free-ice machines are located.

Mr. Physics says that today's floods are mere trickles and the temperature in Portugal is 117 degrees. In the year 2048 the oceans are filled with plastic and not fish, when the temperature in Portugal is 143 degrees in the shade; just before the electrical grid failed again.

D of Parts A-E In the on-site factories the homeless population's workforce is used to make more homeless shelters from plastic-waste taken from the oceans and government subsidized Styrofoam; and electric car conversion kits which cost only $3,600 because _The Defense Production Act_ was invoked. _Which does not include the cost of batteries and installation._ PAR

Yet, we keep living in drainage paths and wondering why there's tragedies. Let's rebuild in the same spot and pray, because that will make it all better.

Nearly impossible to get out of drainage path when you live in a area full of mountains. Besides some of the places that got hit only see water this high only once in 50,100 and even 200 years.

The 50 / 100 year storms are based on old weather patterns. This storms more like a 20 year storm in current models. Good luck.

C With subsidized for the homeless electric-cargo-bikes at all bus stops from companies like: _Wheels, Lime, Link, and Veo_ in the city and at the homeless encampment; so the working homeless can get to work. *Which are large 5,000 people disaster relief centers.* With trucked in water. Shared laundry, toilet, cooking, and shower-facilities. With restaurants, post office, and stores; just like a large campground. PAR

*Paragraph 3 of 3.* 89 million Americans is 27% of the *working* population! Or a $50,000 a year stipend for 40 million American families of 4 making less than $15 an hour; so that they do not become homeless.

*This is the cause of the national homelessness epidemic, which can be solved; not drugs.* _Hurricane Katrina_ August 29, 2005: With maximum sustained winds of 175 mph the storm killed a total of 1,833 people and left millions *HOMELESS* in New Orleans and along the Gulf Coast of Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama. Catastrophic-runaway-anthropogenic-global-warming [CRAGW] destroys homes, which causes rent increases, which creates more homeless people making only $11 an hour with no healthcare or dental benefits.

By all means don’t share any of that water with the west coast that is in a 12,000 year drought god bless all those who’ve lost everything from this flood where is our government

*Paragraph 1 of 3.* This is how you finance an $1,800 a month guaranteed income for those making less than $15 a hour: the $2 trillion tax breaks given to billionaires and corporations that did not need it and which did not create any jobs is repealed, all offensive miliFAIRY spending is cut to zero, and FEMA disaster relief funding; pays for an $1,800 a month minimum income for those making less than $15 an hour with no healthcare and dental benefits.

B The FEMA homeless-communities / encampments are _close enough to the city to work;_ *and far enough away from the town to be out of sight and mind.* Established on land now vacant due to the extreme weather events which is creating the housing shortage. Due to the catastrophic-runaway-anthropogenic-global-warming *[CRAGW] that Republiguns deny exists.* PAR
