You can see there were some things said/or going on between Simmons and Taylor…. I rewound the video a couple of times to see what he was saying. Couldn’t make out a lot of it, but definitely some competitive energy brewing between the two heads of program… In any event… you can tell this is a rivalry in the making. I think as early as next year this matchup will be something special to watch…. TxSU just needs another year of transition under new leadership. And hopefully they play in a better venue next season…. Playing in a baseball stadium ain’t it sound wise.
