That kind of performance is why Garth has won 7 Entertainer of The Year Awards.

That's why younger singers like Eric Church are jealous of him. His concerts sellout in seconds and they can perform for years and never have a sold-out arena.

And he was consistent with it....best concert I 3 ever seen/been to

I spent like 2 years as a teenager learning to sing every word to the live version of this song. It has to be the fastest country song in existence. I have no idea how he hits that long note at the end of the 2nd verse after barely breathing the entire verse. His double live album is so much better than the studio albums. That’s how good he truly is!
@wlam205 Жыл бұрын
I could literally sing that entire 2 disc album from memory the studio versions still mess me up at karaoke XD😅😂

I can sing every one of his old song from memory still except this one. LoL! 😂 even the ones that aren't popular like "Mr.Blue" and "Dixie Chicken".

He had sold our Ceasars Palas in Las Vegs for 2023 and had extended his residency into 2024 to give norepinephrine people a chance. I still can't afford it and I live here. 😂

I was at his concert in LSU stadium in '98. One of the biggest parts of his show is his entrance onto the stage. At that concert Trish finished her set and Garth's time to start came. The rest of the band started the opening song and a white piano starts to rise in the middle of the stage with Garth sitting at it playing and singing.... at least everyone thought it was Garth. Suddenly he starts rising from the piano and the place went nuts. I'm going to see him at the end of April when he comes back to LSU. Santa Claus got me a ticket and it's a good thing he got it so early because they're sold out..... 5 months before the show.

@@TheMusicRecordingNetwork One more thing I remember about that concert all those years ago. GB said he talked to a boy backstage and the boy said he really came to hear Standing Outside the Fire. Garth said he can't promise anything but he'll see what he could do. Even though they weren't set to play that song, he played it just for that kid. Garth Brooks is just that kind of man...just as humble as he is famous. One more thing Dean, I'd really like you to do a reaction to Trashy Women by Confederate Railroad. Thanks.

Garth Brooks was the man when I was growing up. His songs Friends in Low Places, Papa Loved Momma, The Dance, If Tomorrow Never Comes, and so many more. One i liked as a kid but enjoy it so much more now I've grown up and understand things alot better is Shameless

I haven't ever been to one of his shows but you can easily tell you will be energized when you are there. What I really like about him is he has many different influences including to of my favorite artists Billy Joel and Kansas. BTW if you ever listen to Garth Brooks song Shameless please note that it is originally a Billy Joel song(from his album Storm Front and I do recommend check out both versions).

Garth Brooks was not living out of his statiin wagon, now he was selling shoes tried 7 times I think it was to make it Nashville...the station wagon from what I heard was just after he made it, he came across a family living in theirs, he saw them loaded them up in his truck and either bought them a new car or a house....I think it was a house...
