Dear Bruce, I (Gerry Beauchemin) understand why you would be confused. May I share what I believe about "hell" as it is commonly defined and understood since after the time of the early Church? That is NOT what the Scriptures teach when rightly translated, interpreted and understood. They reveal a loving Father who only brings correction to His children (which we all are: see Hope For All Anchor 7) in order that we would all become loving beings as He is. Exactly how God corrects and transforms us is not explained. I hope you'll read Hope For All, Hope Beyond Hell, and other references recommended on our websites.

I assume that what David believes is not real is the false horrific image the English word "hell" impresses on our minds and I would totally agree. Looking back, I wish I had attached a short footnote to that word on the cover of my first book.

I have given so many of your books out to people, but that was mainly 11 years ago when I was teaching on the subject full-time. I’m not really concerned about these kinds of things anymore, except for the fact when religious Christians start trying to condemn people online, and then I wipe out the Scriptures and help put them in their place and correct them gently. That actually just happened today and yesterday, as well as a couple times last week. So I guess I do think of these things. LOL 🧡

Universalism is a school of Christian thought that has been around for thousands of years, since the beginning of the Church. I have taken pleasure in reading Universalist material, and in listening to Universalists speak about their faith. For me, Universalism seems to have been the door through which I have been able to approach Jesus, in a doctrinal sense. I have also had visions of Jesus, which have been very emotional and impactful, and which have encouraged me to embrace the faith and read the Bible in spite of the mainstream church, which only has served to turn me away from the Lord with its hateful rhetoric. I thank God for the Universalists.

Love these men! They were very very very very very instrumental in helping me when I first received the revelation that there is no hell, that no one will be damned for eternity, which was 10 years ago, 2009. I used Jerry’s books and booklets to help so many come to this understanding, as he was giving them to me, and others, freely, along with books from Martin Zender which I received from another source. I was very shocked to hear from Jerry via email that Gary had passed soon after his wife, and I fondly remember a long conversation on the phone with Gary 10 years ago where he was very encouraging to me regarding my music, and the fact that I had started teaching the salvation of all full-time. What a tragedy that Gary is gone, but what a blessing to watch this video now...

All of the reasons people gave as a reason for God torturing people forever ever seem to not make any sense when place against an all-loving God who had commanded us to love even our enemies.

Dear Sir, I don't know if you're still doing videos or writing articles about Universal Salvation. Your works are a great comfort and healing to many who suffer the scourge of eternal hell doctrine. I see something emerging in the backlash against eternal hell that I find disturbing, and I want to get your take on it. Many people are embracing a belief in "annihilationism", or the belief that there is no "immortal soul", as their answer to hell. They don't want to believe that God is cruel enough to consign people to eternal conscious suffering, but still want to believe that God is "just" and not just "merciful", so there still has to be a punishment for the "wicked". I put that in quotes because whose definition of wicked do you embrace? Hitler? Hugh Heffner? Someone who steals from the penny jar? Edward Fudge is a big proponent of this belief. I believe that if anyone is punished eternally OR blotted out forever, then God loses! I think believing in "annihilationism" is a start, but to me it's still a cop-out. God doesn't lose. If God is all powerful, and all loving, then He accomplishes His purpose... which is to eventually save ALL of His creation. What are your thoughts?

Research Hell, Tartarus, and Hades....all of those words and what they represent are pagan. They come from pegan beliefs that have been brought into the word of God. Scholars from centuries ago placed these pagan words into the bible. God warns us of this...adding or deleting or perverting the gospel....it is important that you research and find the true translation. Look up the Hebrew for the old testamant and the Greek translation for the new testamant. Also, the word forever and ever... false...The word used in the greek is aion...an age...does not translate to forever...Gods judgements are for an age...age of the ages...its for a period of time. When the scriptures speak of an age, it means an age...many scholars "assumed" the age of the ages meant forever and ever...that is an assumption, not literal truth. And when Jesus speaks of Gehenna, he is speaking of a literal place where earthly bodies were thrown. Its a trash dump that constantly burns with fire...criminals bodies were put there...it was a disgrace to be thrown in Gehenna...Jesus was always using examples and metaphors to warn the pharisees of their hypocracy. Christ Jesus is the savior of the world...his judgements are true, but not forever...his mercy endures...

This is a dangerously false doctrine my friend. You have not been ordained by the church or built any church following. You have taken one word eternal and twisted it. But then you say Life with God is eternal because it only applies to God. If you stand on your interpretation on eternal then Heaven is also not forever

Whats the point then even bothering with serving God if we will just be punished for a time and come out. So now u believe all will be saved eventually. God created creatures with a free will and one of the horrible things about that is people may choose not to follow God

So, the ONLY reason you worship God is to avoid eternal punishment? Is your faith only hell insurance? Christian Universalsts believe that people should accept and follow Jesus now and help spread his kingdom here on earth. Imagine what a world it would be if everyone loved each other the way Christians should. There will be punishment but it can be avoided by following Jesus now. In the original Greek NT text, Jesus clearly states that afterlife punishment is age-lasting and corrective, not eternal and retributive.

I loved this video. But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:. In whom the God of this age hath blinded the minds of them who believe not, lest the glorious gospel of Christ,who is the image of God should shine unto them. 2 Cor 4:3-4. What a wonderful gift to have that veil of lies about God to be torn apart when this light shines through. Upon a wakening to the true gospel we realize that we can never be the same and that we are few. In the six years I've been blessed to understand the truth, I've suffered much reproach for teaching this. We get to share in the suffering of Paul as he was ridiculed by the religious factions of his day as well. It hurts to see so many Christian's turn on you for believing in a God who cares to do what he commands of those receiving adoption:. LOVE YOUR ENEMIES!! It takes fire and plenty of it in my case to even come close to loving my enemies. Thankfully God loves us enough to put us through as much of it as we need. We should ALL be grateful for the true nature of The Father because Christ died for sinners not righteous men. For scarcely would one die for a good man. All were marred in the hand of the Potter. All will go through the destruction of the wicked within and the body of sin will be destroyed. What will emerge is the Second Adam nature, being made in the image of God, no longer bearing the image of the earthly First Adam. ALL flesh will see the salvation of God. Luke 3:6
