This is my favorite Gary Morris song - and certainly should be in a top 10 best written song list. I am reduced to putty every time I hear it. And it resonates on more than one level - all delivered perfectly by Mr. Morris, singer extraordinaire. No one on earth like him.

My mom and I once got to see Gary Morris at a concert he did. Great singer. He sang this song and Wind Beneath My Wings.

One of Gary's most beautiful songs. Should've been a big hit, but it takes more careful listening and thinking than is usual for hits. So it goes--one beautiful artist Mr. Morris is. Deserves some respect.
