Someone tell Gary he's about to turn 80, because he's obviously forgotten his age. Incredible performance!

Still a great singer, of course can't do what he did years ago, but damn better than people today. Great days, great music.

@jebidiahnewkedkracker18012 жыл бұрын
In this age of hyper sensitivity about "inappropriate" relationships, and Chris Hansen on the prowl in a much DIFFERENT sense, Im surprised this song is dared to be PLAYED never mind actually sung. Still, I suppose it's much safer than Ozzy Osbourne's "Mr Tinkertrain" or even Billy Idols "Rock The Cradle of Love" or even "Thank Heaven For Little Girls".

I first heard of him in the mid 1990s when I was still a teenager and a year or two after high school graduation. My brother, who is 6 years younger than I am, came across an Oldies radio station while we were going somewhere in the car. This song and "Lady Willpower" were the two songs from Gary Puckett and The Union Gap (the official name of the band) that the Oldies radio station played a lot. The group was massively popular for a stretch of nearly 3 years, 1967-1970, before the band dissolved as most of them did at the turn of the decade. He and his band had 7 pop hits in that 3 year time period.
