hi gary, rachel was so brave at talking about her mental health and pain disorders I know that is hard to talk about that because people tent to discriminate or think wrong about this disorders but is good to be true to yourself it hurts like hell but is worth it

Loved all of the episodes but this has hit me more, I suffer from lupus which affects muscles and joints like arthritis. Very relatable. Loved Rachel from Adam hattans vlogs. Love you both x

Thank you so much for talking about this, its so often avoided. Isolation hasn't been difficult for me because i'm used to staying inside and although i've been out to our local beach regularly, i've only been to the supermarket alone once. I have chronic IBS with permanent pain for 8 years now, only 'pain people' can understand what it's like. Listening to this interview is like being with friends that 'get it'. So grateful for your honesty x

I get the mental aspect of going out. I have pretty bad anxiety and I still have to go to work through all of this. I'm always so scared that i'm going to get sick. I already have gastroparesis so i'm always so scared i'm going to catch something that'll make it so much worse. Watching your videos and adams videos help me keep my mind at ease through all of this so thank you so much!
