Thanks for posting such a great practice with instruction and example. We moved away from the Seattle area, and the Ashram as our local community to practice with. It still after years comes up as one our fondest years of yoga practice. We miss Gary’s instruction. This is a great video to put in your library. GoYogaKirkland, Keep on, keep’in on!
