Thanks for answering my toenail question ! The longest I've ever run is a marathon, so I have yet to experience losing all toenails, but I'll consider it when I move to ultras.

Congrats on behalf of all Canadians, we're so proud of Ihor's result, and beyond that he seems like such a genuinely awesome dude. I have no doubt that the sponsorships will come, and when they do, hopefully Ihor can help Gary spring for a pro Zoom account so that these videos don't end so abruptly next year! 😁

Fantastic interview. Ihor so humble, such a strong finish. Cant wait to see what he does next! It is so lovely to see Gary remain connected with Barkley, totaly respect your decison to not try it again (it must be frustrating to have to field that Q all the time!) . Your insights from Barkley as a runner and as crew make it a great interview.

"Zero toenails?" I've been running 60-100 orienteering races every year for decades now, and I always have two or three blue/black nails that are in the process of bein replaced, but running after loosing them completely? That's just bonkers!
