You are so spot on with what you say. At 66 years old I thought I 'knew' what there was to know about abuse and the more I learn the more I find out that there is a lot I don't know and to try to be open to learning new things at my age. Yes to what you said about brushing your teeth. with my mom there was no predicting what would set her off and she was, as you described, a ball of rage. I think back and picture a little girl, told to brush her teeth, then being in trouble for doing what she was told to d. Confusing. Crazy making stuff!! Yes, as kids we are often told it is our fault, that we are "bad' and we caused these things to happen and that is a lot of horse shit right there and very damaging to a child. Gaslighting! Another beautiful and heartfelt video. Please keep making them!!

Hi there dear Suzy, how beatiful you are! Do you know that? It's feels so authentic whaever you say, which it's almost not understandable because of the wind. But this is the thing: i listen to you, the wind, ocean wather and I see Beauty. Next days i'll go bike to the North See, in the place called Zandvoort, because you have inspired me to do so!
