💯 my “girlfriend” is a single mother fearful avoidant who is repeating the cycle on her 13 year old son that her mother impressed upon her. And that’s being emotionally unavailable, detached and borderline neglectful. In the beginning of our situationship/relationship it was difficult to get her to recognize. But now when she fears losing me, that’s when she becomes self-aware enough to face her flaws and do the work to “fix herself”. Thank you for your informative content 😉

I’m avoidant. And I really don’t like intimacy or commitment. I value it but I don’t necessarily want a romantic relationship as such. I respect and value others who have it. But with my kids I do tell them hard things.. at first i was emotionally not there but made great strides and are close with them

Migaines, exhaustion, wanting a night to themselves... all excuses not to spend time with me , yet when their drinking night with their friend's rolled around, they were fine. A mind fu@@. All you can gauge is that they're not into you, but they say they are. If you protest and point shi@ out, YOU become unthankful forthe efforts they put into the relationship and are accused of jealousy towards their friends... just NO. ...
