these types of gyms and this type of training are getting more rare in America and nowadays if you find them they are usually populated by strongman competitors and not bodybuilders. I used to love watching Branch and Johnny train back in the day. This is old school training with blood on the floor and streaks on the mirrors. bringing the noise!
