Old gassers pulled from the barn & rolling on the street. OK , I did include a few non-gassers but they're so cool I couldn't leave them out.

Dad always told me that gassers we're so cool because the front end was so high up off the ground it looked like they were taking off. I never understood that until I just saw this video

Trying to man handle the old gassers back in the day was wicked & devil like. We thought it was safe (but looking back it turns out we weren't) . Go figure , take the biggest engine you could find , shoe horn into the smallest car you could get (with little or no mods other than jacking the front end way up). The brakes barely stopped & the handling was terrible. That adds up to a very dangerous combination.
