A simple curry by using vegetables like potato carrot and green peas etc. Which can be a best combination with dosa, rice, chapati, poori etc. This is prepared without using any ready-made garam masala; instead simple spices added which are available at home. Ingredients

Soaked Green peas 1 cup
Water
Coconut oil 5sp
Cinnamon
Cloves 5-6
Pepper 10-15
Urad dal 11/2sp
Chana dal 11/2sp
Spicy chilli 2
Byadgi chilli 5
Greated coconut 1cup
Turmeric powder
Red Chilli powder
Salt to taste
Jaggery
Tamarind
For tempering :
Coconut oil 1sp
Mustard seed 1sp
Red chilli
Curry leaves
