Gateau Au Chocolat (vegan chocolate cake) ☆ ガトーショコラの作り方

All you have to do is to blend and bake:)
You can use coconut oil instead of cacao butter if you don't have it in your kitchen. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
140g pastry flour
20g almonds
20g hazelnuts
60g cacao powder
50g cacao butter
50g vegetable oil
200g milk of your choice
170g maple syrup
1 tsp orange peel
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
Instructions:
1. Melt cacao butter then mix all the ingredients.
2. Bake at 320F / 160C for 50 minutes.

I made this for my family last night, and they said it was really good! I love this recipe. This cake isn’t too sweet, it’s chocolatey, and it has just a bit of an orange flavor but it’s not overpowering. The orange zest cuts the sweetness from the maple syrup. I didn’t have some of the ingredients he had, so I had to change some of it. I replaced the cocoa butter with coconut oil, pastry flour with All Purpose Flour, vegetable oil with avocado oil, and it is still really good! I highly recommend you guys to try it out!(and no I’m not vegan)

Hello, there! I made it today and it came out just spectacular! As I had no almonds, I used fresh coconut milk and grated coconut instead. This is what I´ve done: 50g melted cacau butter 50g sunflower oil 200g fresh coconut mil 170g honey 1 tsp vanilla 140g flour 50g grated coconut 50g 100% cacau powder 1tsp baking powder Thanks a lot for sharing this wonderful treat!

クリスマスケーキに作ってみました。カカオパウダをカロブパウダに変えて、甘味料を少し少なくしてみました。それにカカオバターがなかったのでココナッツオイルを使いました。そのせいか、チョコケーキなのに、チョコの味がぜんぜんしません。（笑）それでもすごくおいしかったです！
