Well he didn't measure some of the ingredients, poured them straight from the bag (flour, etc) so, I think he's just neat and orderly. But perfectionist, I don't think so.

@@foultier3430 In some shots you can clearly see the bowl has nothing under it, as when he pours the dry ingredients in this video. A better explanation would be that he's just a wizard.

you can have the ingredient on a scale and then as you pour and out it back you can see how much is gone in the minus. So the scale can be out of the shot

avocado oil has no strong flavor; it is known as a neutral oil. you can replace it with some other neutral oil

renady smazzle it’s super sweet and sour at the same time. Just imagine a raisin but a sour one. I love them but if you eat too much of them it will give you diarrhea lmao so I usually don’t buy them often sadly.

The coconut oil can be replaced with butter The avocado oil with whatever oil Palm sugar with sugar cane
