Roughly translating what the Chinese text were saying "Thank you, my horse finally returned. We have some young man who wants to protect the motherland with you, they are ready to die." And the rest is basically just saying the artilary is ready or open fire.

What is "largest" depends partly on how you define the "Battle of Kursk", or the "Battle between Orel and Belgorod" as it was more commonly named by the German side. If the Sowjet counter-offensives are included, it's different again. In the "Battle of Dubno-Luzk-Brody" between 23. and 29. Juny 1941 2,803 Sowjet and 728 German tanks participated. At Kursk in the first phase between 5. July until 23. July 1943 there were involved about 5,000 Sowjet and 2,465 German tanks/assault guns, with in the end about 2,000 Sowjet and about 320 German total losses (more vehicles were damaged and later repaired, of course). When you look at single day events, for example at the famous "Tank Battle at Porochorowka" on 12. July 1943 there were 860 tanks and assault guns of the Sowjet 5. Guard tank army attacking against 218 tanks, assault guns and tank destroyers of the German II. SS tank corps. The attack was a real desaster for the Sowjets, resulting in 227 total tank losses (+ about 150 damaged but reparable)) while the Germans only lost 4 tanks total (+ 11 damaged but reparable). Such massive clashes did not happen at Dubno-Luzk-Brody.

Kursk isn't actually the largest tank battle in History within WW2, it was actually a battle that took place in 1941 which is the Battle of Brody. It is simply just not as known as the battle of kursk.

The english version of this mod is on the original Call to Arms workshop. You just gotta change the file location manually. I think the chinese one you found was just a translated version ported to the Gates of Hell workshop

played the english version on normal and it seemed far bigger on mine.. plus i dint remove bodys and even on a mid range pc fps never droped much below 30, game is really well optimized

Well played & sure next time will go better (need to only hold out a few more seconds..). A capture Ferdinand would be a nice prize ;-) & 3 in the same sector is rather brutal but a fun Chinese mod.. With Shermanator's new computer frame rate being squashed by this mission, would be a challenge for most rigs to run at all :-P.

Hmmm... Not a really big fan of how some modders make things a bit "too insane". The amount of troops the enemy sends at you, it's like the roles are reversed, it's like you're the germans defending against endless soviet waves.
