Meaning of #Breakfast :- "break your fast" after a long fast while having sleep. #Short term negative effects of skipping breakfast :- Less efficiency , less activeness and energy #Longterm negative effect :- Hypertension diebetes type 2 Hairloss weight gain #What to have in breakfast? Break your breakfast into two meals. 1) minor meal 2) major meal * have water before morning routine *Before having slot 1 of study or reading newspaper , have minor breakfast. What to take in Minor Breakfast? raisinis almonds walnut ( consult ur doctor if u have bp problem) banana / apple After this you can take a span of 1-1.5 hours study. Then its time to have major breakfast. What to have it in major breakfast. * Do not prefer fried pranthas. Try to eat stuffed rotis not parathas. * Curd with stuffed roti. *whole wheat sanwiches *Oats *Dalia #Quantity : varies according to your activities and stomach. No over eat No under eat. Mind it :- Do not miss breakfast. take care of your machinery named your health and body. Breakfast is a deciding factor. I never ever ignored to break the fast asap and I drink 1/2 litre water after getting up with honey and lemon if available. All your videos are very nice. We need a big brother like you to guide us in this age of over information. Have started to read both books suggested by you. With Love.

Hello Sir, I used to take the minor breakfast as you narrated. Post that used to take lunch directly, thinking it's enough for breakfast. Before that I use to take warm water with lime and honey in it. From now onwards after manifesting your advice I shall start taking the major breakfast as well. Thanks Jai Hind 🇮🇳

correction- 5:27 insulin ki production down jane se type-1 diabetes hone ke chance hote hai.. type-2 diabetes main insulin proper bnta hai but receptor kaam nhi krte..

@@jyoticachoudhary6909 I go for running daily at 4:00 and then after coming back I drink one glass of water garnished with lemon and glucose........when you come back from running , you will feel thirsty so drinking atleat half a LTR. Of water is not that so difficult And hen after some time I drink a glass of milk garnished with almonds and banana ........then get refreshed and get my breakfast at around 9......so this way may help u!!!!!

So easy tips for breakfast: 1. For those who cant afford nutritious breakfast:- keep some banana and milk as a backup. 2 banana and 1 cup milk and some biscuit is enough. 2. You can have roti and milk best desi breakfast. Roti is something everyone can afford. 3. For those who can afford good breakfast: have dry fruits, fruits as ur mini breakfast. Major breakfast have besan chilla, dosa, uttapa, idli sambar, roti sabji, paratha and plus one glass of pure white milk. Plus exercise it one of the routine you should include in your day. Exercise is very important. Just 30 min a day thats it. Be it walking, jogging, yoga, gym, aerobics, dance etc any kind of physical movement is good. The goal is to be physically active. There are so many home workout videos use it and make ur health and studies effective.

Thankyou Sir... kyi dino roz aisa ho rha tha ki breakfast krne ke baad Sr bhari ho jata lgta jaise koi kuch bhi bole ya mai kuch bhi padhu to andar nhi jaa rha hai...ek pressure jaisa mahsus ho rha hai...maine breakfast apni Roti ki quantity bhi km ki hai...phle 4 hoti thi...fir 3 ki...no change...ab sirf 2 tb bhi mujhe bht sleepy feel hota hai...pressure jaise mahsus hota...halaki jb mai morning mein uth kar padhti hu...tb fresh feel hota hai....approx adhe ghante tak hi padh paati hu...uske baad bukh lgne lgti hai..kyunki mai koi minor breakfast nhi krti... direct major hi...pr ab aapne jo bataya hai use bhi try karungi...i hope ye work kar jay.... सर बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद,मै भी कभी भी ब्रेकफास्ट लेना नहीं भूलूंगा। कृपया एक वीडियो इस पर भी बनाइये की 1 विद्यार्थियों को पूरे दिन में खाने पीने सम्बंधित क्या क्या करना चाहिए। 2 हमारे घुटने में चोट लग गयी थी ACL में strain हो गया है ऐसी कोण कोण सी एक्सरसाइज है जो हम कर सके जिसमे घुटनों का प्रयोग न हो।
