Doodh subah nahi peena chahiye. ayurved ke anusar doodh ka samay raat ko hota hai kyuki doodh ko pachane wale enzymes raat ko hi secrete hote hain.

Maine to breakfast me besan and aata ka paratha cooked in less deshi ghi with bhindi subji khaya.... ..and it was so tasty and nutreous...though I don't eat paratha regularly bt I had fast on Monday so I felt so hungry in the morning 😋

I eat 2 days poha banana jaggery,3 days sattu banana jaggery,some days only roti with some sabji,some days only milk banana peanut butter shake. On sundays I eat a bowl of semolina paasta with added veggies made by me. Though spicy paasta is bad but I think once a week is fine ! Learnt from the best.. Vivek bhaiya 😀
