All of them + especcially Brics (focussing on Sahel countries now) know, voters can solve it, but they're addicted to less services + making excuses for gross neglect, corruption + mismanagement. International institutions are waiting for voters to rectify their wrongs.They won't interfere in the domestic affairs of independent countries. As to outa + local institutions, theyre under paid, over worked + they get critisised no matter what they do - why would they waste time, energy + money on whining voters, who refuse to sinchronise their tears with their votes?
