Gavar Batata Bhaji | Cluster Beans Sabji - Vegetarian
This is a simple healthy recipe or you can call it a dry curry made from gavar/cluster beans, roasted peanuts, onions, tomatoes and a few spices. It pairs well with rice as well as chapatis for a comforting and tasty meal.
Gavar phalli or cluster beans are rich in fibre which help with weight loss and are also beneficial for diabetics. It also helps regulate blood pressure. It is rich in calcium and phosphorus.

Few curry leaves
2 tbsp roasted peanut crushed
2 tsp crushed ginger garlic green
