Hi Cindy, also having longer color treated hair, I have to work hard to keep my hair healthy. I’m always interested in what I can learn about that from others. My hair is thick so I use a lot of product! I recently layered it a lot to thin it out but I’m not liking it thinned out ( or at least the cut). I will be doing my hair mask tonight. Mine is in a bag like yours too. The pouch had a lot in it. That is really pretty nail color. I just use a little Infusium 23 in my hair after I wash it, or a little spray of Argon oil. I am not really knowledgeable about beauty and hair care. I am in the growing out gray stage. Over 7 months now with no color, plus I chop at it myself when it is annoying me. 🙄🤪Your hair looks beautiful Cindy. I will try the plastic cap on mine this evening.
