Mate please never stop doing this videos, they are quite fun and educational. The recipes are great and easy to follow for me that have a quite limited selection of easily available cheese products in my country. Dont mind the Italians 😅

1-10 how happy are you that more people found out about your channel due to a meme. I dont think we appreciate cheese as much as the regulars but its all good.

I have been making this for years using 25% goat milk for a higher yield, following your chevre recipe. The produced cheese is so good for a burnt Basque cheese cake. 🤤 Edit: typo, because I'm a donkey

A money saving tip. If you have an instantPot with "sous vide" function set the temperature to 23C° and it will keep the temperature perfectly and since it's insulated it will lose much less heat. Does the ninja have the same feature? Does anyone know?

In France they use the old fromage blanc to make new fromage blanc. You know the words you don't have to go through this whole process each time.

What about using a power mixer with a whisk to remove the lumps? Have you tried adding vegetables or chives to make a dip?
@vaazig Жыл бұрын
I have. Added garlic and herbes de provence. Better than that commercial overpriced stuff. You know the brand. 😉

Hi Gavin. I bake as well as making cheese and subscribe to a couple of channels. Have you ever encountered this very simple cheese made with eggs and sour cream instead of rennet and culture?

As a man who made pasta last week and has no Italian in my family whatsoever. I can claim this is a good cheese but to keep the angry Italian stereotype up, uh boo the cheese is too cheesy!
