@@dubon9999 Sounds more like you want to segregate gays from straights. There is good and bad people of both sexes and of all orientations. Most straight women are gay mens biggest allies and are some of their biggest supporters in family and friend circles and have been instrumental in getting a lot of straight men to accept gay men too, if they weren't the minority group of gays would never have been able to get as far as they have in society in terms of equal rights and acceptance because they would be drowned out by the majority straights. Ask any gay men who were out there fighting for equal rights decades ago and they will tell you how much women helped their cause. Gay men have never been more accepted in westerns countries than they are today and it's come about after women were afforded equal rights. In countries where women don't have equal rights and men have all the power gays are treated the worst or being gay is illegal. Just ask any gay men who had to flee their native countries like in the middle east simply for being gay. I've just noticed from some gay men they have a misogynistic disdain for women when then need to remember how women in general have helped their cause...Some of the younger generation can be quite ignorant to the amount of support from straight allies that has helped them because they are coming from a place of privilege that the older generations of gays and straights have afforded them. So please don't act like most straight people are the enemy.

Regarding the Brazilian guy, Brazil 🇧🇷 is indeed more advanced than the US regarding gay orientation! This particular guy had an interesting story with his family. Keep in mind that Brazil is a country of 216 million people and larger than the contiguous USA. In the conservative part of this country, his story mimics that of the US. I was born in Brazil as well, my entire family (close and at large) were very accepting, as a matter of fact, they just didn’t perceive any “odd” situation. My husband of 49 years, who is an anglo-American didn’t have any major trouble with his immediate family either, except for his sister who has ghosted him for over 15 years. I suspect that Brazilian guy is from the Central or Northeast part of the country.

I respect and admire Art has the confidence and courage to interact with people the way he does to determine outlook and opinions. I'm sadly looking back at life not fully explored but living in the present. Being much older I don't recall men having the physicality and desirability they do now. I was always more closeted and drawn to people because of personality, now I find that with North American lifestyle, a culture with shorts/muscle shirts and present day attitudes it's hard not to be constantly turning your head in admiration (or envy). Being older I would never pursue younger, but the eye candy I see and the pride in physic makes it hard not to wish I could live life over experiencing it with a different set of ground rules and openness with a confidence I didn't have in my lifetime.

I think most of these men were pretty ordinary. But these days standard Gay men just look good. I’m 63 at on this photo. (now 66). Lot better than same generation 20-40 years ago when i was young. Gay Guys in their 50ties these days are gorgeous.
