@@TheLobotomist-t1 I can't really answer your other questions myself, but I can say that trans men definitely can still get pregnant, unless they've had a hysterectomy obviously, which some trans men do but many don't. In regards to the first question, I think that would be better answered by someone attracted to men (lesbian here), but I will say that there's a lot more to be attracted to than genitals. You could be attracted to masculine energy, or to the male appearance.

@@TheLobotomist-t1 I always thought that gay men were obsessed with the penis, however the Nullo movement was an eye opener for me, Nullos are gay men who choose to become Eunuchs, so no penis, no balls, apparently removing their genitalia does not have an effect on the ability to have an orgasm.

I'm not a trans man although I am nonbinary, and tbh even for me as a person who's very comfortable with my body (I really don't mind the way I look, the way I was born, and feel no need to change much about myself other than buying more masc clothing) it can still be daunting to find information about sex ed. Particularly in my case since I am afab nonbinary and I have no interest in transitioning my body medically nor do I want to present hyper masc, I always feel a certain amount of stress about it. I think to myself, "All of this info that is geared towards women is perfectly applicable to me, does that mean I am a woman in the end?" It causes me so much pain and I want to seek out more gender neutral or queer sex ed. While this video doesn't exactly help me, it's nice info to know especially since I do sometimes feel like I could be comfortable presenting as a man.

I don’t know if anyone will ever see this comment but this means so much. I’m only 18, but I was starting to figure out gender and sexuality stuff around early puberty and I stayed confused, closeted and miserable for years because it felt impossible for me to be able to be both gay and trans. It felt like I’d never be loved or accepted or understood and I didn’t have ANY education. It took me years to really accept myself and I’m so glad I’m so lucky to be alive at a time where it’s finally being spoken about and accepted socially. I’d say I couldn’t imagine what finding a video like this years ago would have meant to me but I can imagine it because in a way it means just as much.

Important to know (as of writing) that Plan B has a weight limit! If you are over 165lbs most won’t work as well for you (or not even work at all if you’re over 176lbs.) No shame in that at all, I’m personally over both, but just be sure to incorporate that into your sexual health plans if you have PIV sex.

Further to your point about PrEP taking a longer period of time to become effective in the front hole tissues, I recently learned that the PrEP on-demand method is not even an option for folks having receptive PIV sex. Which is a major bummer because I would have loved to have that option since it decreases the risk for side effects

This was very informative: thank you. I might add, anyone with a cervix, who has ever had sexual contact with another person of any gender, may have been exposed to HPV (human papilloma virus). This exposure can increase their risk of developing cervical cancer & as such, they should be screened for the disease: this includes people who've received the HPV vaccine as it doesn't protect against all strains of the virus.

This is an amazing resource! Well done you! I’m cis but healthcare-versed, and have known friends confused about this topic. One quick query though. About the Descovy vs Truvada. They *are* both the same medication. They’re just in different salts for your body to get them into the system. As you yourself mentioned about the doxycycline protocol, it should theoretically be just as effective. Obviously protect yourself as well as possible but if somebody can only get one over the other, it’s not like they’re completely different medications in different preparations. They should dissolve and be absorbed similarly easily, given the data on levels in cod men. With the benefit that Descovy should have less side effects on organs.

Yeah it's also wild how much the science is evolving too - reading the diary of Lou Sullivan made me so grateful we live in a post PrEP era (and that definitely wasn't the case 10yrs ago!)

As a (virgin) gay trans man only interested in anal sex, I would like to thank you for this helpful video. It's so hard to find information on anal penetration for trans men that I used to put pressure on myself wondering if I was the only one, or if we could actually enjoy it etc. Besides, apart from the fact that I'm an extremely shy person when it comes to sex, I don't know any other gay transgender men, so I can't really talk about it. If a gay trans-masc who have ever tried anal penetration as a bottom would like to share their experience, this would be really helpful !

I haven’t bottomed with any cis men yet, but I have had receptive anal sex with trans women. What would you like to know? I had one brief try at receptive PIV and personally found it far less pleasurable than anal. The nerves of the clitoris spreads pretty far beyond just the bottom growth, so with some angles I’ve actually come pretty close to being able to cum without having to touch my bottom growth, which has never remotely been true for fronthole for me lol. So overall I find it way more enjoyable.

Thank you for doing this!! Especially in a time where sex aversion and puritanism is taking root again, even inside our queer communities. This is a topic that should be very useful to a lot of younger trans folk (im cis myself but still)

Thank you so muhh for making this video! I'm not in the US so not all is applicable yet is filled with tons of useful information I would have otherwise not been able to find on my own or in a way that was not dysphoria-inducing 😅 You are a life saver! 🎉 As a side note, if I may offer some feedback: I'm not a native English speaker and also a bit hard of hearing, and needed subtitles to understand some parts, but as I'm watching on mobile, the subtitles can appear on the left or center sides of the screen, which made it a bit difficult to read the extra info you added in the text. If all those texts could be added to the side (like some which were next to your head) it'd be perfect! Sorry if I come off as rude; this is possibly a big non-issue (and is easily fixable by just turning off the CCs for a few seconds) but thought it'd be worth it to at least share. And again, tysm for information and resources 🙌

Having lived in a queer commune in France I have something to add Toilet paper is not clean, get some chocolate on your hands and only clean it with toilet paper... Give it a sniff look at how much more brown your hand now is... Yeah. Learn to use water correctly (it will make every day of your life a little better) The Penis percentile calculator in your doc is correct and good, I see a lot of baby gays making this mistake maybe all now that I think about it Having watched the whole video and considered the context, I believe the tittle should be changed to Gay Trans Man Sex Ed. I understand there are reasons why you might have wanted to go with the tittle that you did. But, I believe going with the tittle that I suggested would be better And I know everyone is going to ignore me on this one and everyone irl does ignore this... but... You should see the std test results before sleeping with a new person. We should be changing culture to make this normal Overall great video :) And you did the time stamps really well ideal for going back to double check parts which yes I did before typing this comment

How is gay trans-male sex ed different from the "standard" heterosexual cis-female sex ed? I'm not intentionally being transphobic, I just always assumed there are no different mechanics involved?

Thank you for talking about PID (Pelvic inflammatory disease). Its very difficult to deal with, the pain was so bad I was waking up in the middle of the night. Plus the course of antibiotics to treat it make you feel awful. Best to avoid it as best as possible and to wash yourself.

Also I would like to give a name to the lovely fish in the background but I can't choose between these names so I'll let y'all choose: - Tidis -Mr, Tinkles -Dr, frow -hiko And Exploud (from Pokemon) And if the fish already has a name please inform me. 13:58 estrogen based birth control probably depends on the mode of administration + what your body is doing hormonally. Idk it’s effects on someone a year or more into HRT but when I was on the pill at 18 it had side effects due to the hormones that a lot of folk on T wouldn’t want.

As a trans gay top I found it really hard to wrap my head around things since I had such little information to work with, especially when a lot of the videos made me feel very dysphoric. Your video was so, so helpful, thank you so much for putting this information out for other guys to learn from!! A little bit sad that I will have to spend quite a bit of moolah just to have a good time, but nobody said being trans would be easy (or cheap lol)! A lot of times I get mad over the fact that I wouldn't have to worry about so many of these things if I was just born male or started t pre-puberty, but it is simply a fact of life. Watching this video took my head out the clouds and brought me back to reality, being that it simply is what it is, and instead of sulking, I should try adapting. It would be great to be cis, but that's just a life for the dreams, and sometimes dreams are just too different from reality. It's sad, but it's the facts. Hope I could help out whoever reads this with a little slice of cold, hard, reality. (sorry, not sorry! It's important to be realistic!)

Im a cis guy and had sex with a trans guy and it was all new for me, at first it was great and second time was even better, the only problem is that wer so close friends we started as friends, and he told me that i was the first man that he had sex, before was only girls, so that kind of became delicate to me, i want more but wer just too close as friends and i dont want to ruin things, but my mind is killing me wanting to sleep with him again, we slept together another day and we only touched for a little while and went to sleep, things have been colder now and im not feeling too open about it anymore kind of scared of trying again when we sleep together after a night party and ruining things, but now im just hilding myself so much everytime we see eachother i think about it

The fact that you’re doing this is amazing. I’m a pan ciswomen, but I’ve dated trans people before. The pain I saw my ex partners go through was horrifying. Have supportive spaces, like your page is SO important for trans youth. Especially since it’s hard to find sex ed content geared toward trans men. Especially in relation to PIV. It can be a dysphoria triggering topic. So this video will be invaluable for people who are struggling. You my friend, are a hero 💗

5:14 I just want to put out a correction here: MPX isn’t categorized as an STI, however sex does have a higher risk of transmitting it due to the amount of skin to skin contact and bodily fluids potentially exchanged. MPX is a pox virus and has various methods of transmission but just because it’s not an STI (like HPV or chlamydia is) doesn’t mean you shouldn’t take it into consideration or protect yourself against it irt sexual activity. Much like how yeast infection is not an STI but can be transmitted sexually. (Actually I’m pretty sure quite a lot of viruses and infections can be transmitted sexually regardless of if it’s an STI or not. It’s just STI is a specific category and the way MPX was being talked about as the new “gay disease” I felt it necessary for that correction to be there.)
