I love old musicals and movies. I still have a crush on Cary Grant and Fred Astaire and Yule Brenner lol..the list goes on and on. I was raised by my grandparents and have an old soul, I love movies from the 30s and 40s and 50s. An Affair to Remember is one of my all time favorites and the King and I is just one of the many musicals I love ❤ I hope you feel better soon Gayle and this journal is one of my all time favorites of yours so far in all the ones you have done. Hope you start feeling better! After not feeling all that good for longer than I care to admit, found out the antihistamine I've been on, is no longer working for me. Probably, more than 10 years or so of taking it, I've just been on it for way too long. Last week, started on a new one on the market, starting too feel better! I've learned to re-evaluate meds., from time to time! Hope your allergies get better! I have them every day of the year, along with headaches. It's a beautiful Mother Goose journal!❤❤❤Roxann

I’m finally catching up now that my injury has healed enough to get back to crafting, and oh my, what a delicious journal this is! Those ruffles are delightful! Good morning Gayle!❤ Had one of ‘those days’ in the craft room yesterday. Wanted to make a cover with a fold over the front flap, then cut fabric too short even after measuring a zillion times. I don’t do well with spur of the moment projects. 🙄😆 I surrendered and watched college football and fussy cut winter ephemera. Hi Gayle! I found out when I lived in a log cabin that I'm allergic to house dust, house dust mites, & feathers! (We were sleeping on feather pillows. Old papers make me sneeze, too. Love this journal! The sewn fabrics (sorry, I forgot their name) really made the book come alive!!

Gayle…girlfriend, please don’t feel like you need to apologize. 😊 You have no control of allergies and I would think most kind and caring people should understand. We just hate for you to feel sick. Maybe an allergy pill would help but by the time you see this you’re probably better 🙃. For the last several months my allergies have been driving me crazy! I have a box of tissues in every room and in my truck. I finally switched to a different allergy pill and it’s gotten better. Love this journal by the way. It’s so sweet!❤ Tammie

Oh Gayle, I hope you are not getting the head cold bug I just had. Of course, mine layered on top of the bronchitis I have already been fighting. Was better today until late afternoon. I was digging for any kind of cough drop in my purse and found out chocolate kisses soothed my throat better than the lemon cough drops! Now I have an excuse. I love the ruffle tags. This is such a cute journal. I could include pictures from my story time at the library and write down some of those cute stories. Feel better and have a wonderful day.

I think it's from running the furnace and my space heater in my craft shed. The heat is messing with my sinuses. You might try Vicks saline nose mist.
