one thing that has helped me conceptualize grief (and what has helped me process my own) is understanding that grief isn't linear. Grief ebbs and flows, some days it feels like things are fine, and other days its hard to not dwell on that loss. Grief is a hard, but natural human experience, not necessarily an event, or something that really has a start and end.
@noemi99853 жыл бұрын
Ive lost my brother and grandma this year and I've come to realise that grief is not something you overcome and goes away but that grow around it, you expand but it's always there.

I live in Denmark and here in Scandinavia, we have the mentality that the CEO deserves the same respect as a janitor. Everyone is considered equal, this is seen in the way we greet each other, it is seen in how you refer to each other i.e. through first name and not by sir or madam

For the horror question, I’m convinced it’s Adrenalin from a safe space in your own home. Just like people enjoy rollercoasters for the Adrenalin but they know they won’t actually fall. And maybe the very little possibility of falling after all or like having someone break into your house after all is what gives you the last kick
