Some great shots mate . Love 2:46 . Absolutely scale . Great looking truck . Looks a bruiser 👍
@rccrawlersmid-wales645 Жыл бұрын
Cheers! It's heavier than you might expect and tends to chew through any scale obstacles, at least... plus the almost complete lack of overhangs really helps too. 👍

Nice run with the Gaz I think my favourite Cross truck body.
@rccrawlersmid-wales645 Жыл бұрын
Cheers! These things are just absolute classics, and the Cross version is really nice. It might not have opening doors or anything but that doesn't bother me, and overall the cab is surprisingly well detailed. Better than I expected. Okay the interior is pretty basic, but I added lots of detail and you can barely see it anyway! 🤣

Yes sir. Another awesome spot is right. Another great run with this beauty. Really looking the part on this terrain. Awesome!!!

Thanks man! I take it you're actually Nick, and the name's not from some entirely different place? Anyway, cheers - and I must get the Gaz out to the coast one day! That would be interesting, especially if it would ever stop raining here...

Who's sleeping in the back? I credit their ability to nap through such a ride. It appears the rocks and mud passed the test. Good job, rocks and mud.

Well, he's not really asleep, more zombified... and yes, the rocks and mud passed and are now fully certificated for another year. 😎

Great run, such a great build with just the right level of detail (ie corpse and commercial coffee machine). Great sun flares and even some mud. You lose a point for the rock count tho. 15/10
@rccrawlersmid-wales645 Жыл бұрын
What's the point in having a coffee mug if you can't refill it, eh? I didn't count the rocks... maybe they were all in the other edit I made... 🥸

I've never understood why you don't get loads more views mate? I love watching your vids so keep up the good work 😁
@rccrawlersmid-wales645 Жыл бұрын
Thanks! More views would be nice, certainly - it can get a bit demoralising. But then I suppose ultimately I'm not really doing what people want (or spamming it all over social media to advertise it, because that's tiresome work). Oh well. I still enjoy making little films so I'll keep doing that for fun whenever. Thank you for watching, I very much appreciate it! 👍

Three things... 1. Awesome running video as usual! 2. You have the best trucks! 3. How did the Gaz not flip over while side-hilling? It must weigh a tonne! 4. (bonus question) Is that a zombie in the back of the truck?
@rccrawlersmid-wales645 Жыл бұрын
Thanks, and thanks, and I don't know, and yes! 🧟 The Gaz IS really heavy, as you say - surprisingly so. And it's actually mostly in the chassis. I must weigh it though, I'm curious now...

What are your thoughts on the cross rc BC8 mammoth? I'm thinking about picking one up tomorrow
@rccrawlersmid-wales645 Жыл бұрын
Hi, sorry for the slow reply... did you get one?! I love the BC8. A friend of mine had one and in real life the weight of it, the unusual suspension and the sheer wheelbase all made it really impressive. It's really detailed too, at least externally.
@jasons8573 Жыл бұрын
Yeah I got one just started painting bits of it this morning. Its an awesome kit, I got the flagship edition. So far everything has gone together great. I fail to see the reasoning behind so many negative comments in regards to Cross RC. Cross RC US is only a 111 mile drive north of me, a nice drive to (so far) the best hobby store I've been to. Building kits is so satisfying
