Two guards were patroling at night and one of the guards told a man to halt, he started running and he shot him. The other guard asked, "why did you shoot him?" He replied, "curfew" "But Curfew doesn't start for another hour." "That's okay, he's my freind, I know he wouldn't make it."

CEOkiller by the time your enemies arrived at their destination and got out of the trunk they would be dead this saves on bullets

Kyle Blank I have a good one." How can you tell when a Soviet sailor serves on the submarine Fleet? He glows in the dark!" Got that from Tom Clancy book I don't remember which it might have been Hunt for Red October
Everybody gangsta till a Chaika parks in their driveway

The crazy part is that if you saw this car in the soviet union, you would be just about as scared of it too! This was only reserved for high ranking politicians and KGB officials. If this was parked outside of your house, bad things were about to happen

Soviet GAZ13 / GAZ66 V8 petrol engines based on italian FIAT 140 prototypes :-)
@VinylToVideo5 жыл бұрын
@@RhFinland This was an American engine lol
@jakekaywell59724 жыл бұрын
@@VinylToVideo Except it wasn't. The V8 in here was directly transplanted from the GAZ 53 truck and is of an original Soviet design.
@garage51253 жыл бұрын
@@RhFinland this engine lasts way longer, this was originally a truck engine, americans used crap thin blocks, heads, and so. they were even using petrol engine parts for diesel engines, russian engines... they are the most durable i know. they start in -30 degrees C, even in -50 degrees, the american ones are refusing to start in -5:-))
@Schlipperschlopper6 жыл бұрын
Did you know that the full aluminium V8 of the soviet Tschaika was a complete HQ FIAT construction intended for the FIAT 4500 president car (later called 140 V8) project, than abandoned and all plans sold to russia? SV Rostkov than moded the engine for worse russian fuel and enlarged the piston diameter to 5400 cc, the first 4500 cc OHV V8 petrol engines engine prototypes were built in Fiats turin engine division plant during the 1950s later in USSR Gorki as 5400cc. In some aspects the GAZ13 is very similar to the inline 4 and 6 engines later constructed by Aurelio Lampredi for the 2100 and 2300 mass market cars. During the late 1960s there was an italian made FIAT 130 prototype (4500cc 220HP) sedan fitted with one of the high compression ratio italian made lightweight full alloy V8 engines from the 50s, but buying back the engine tools from USSR would be impossible / too expensive...so FIAT 130 got the OHC V6 2800 and 3200.

Chaika has an aluminum motor V8 5.5 liters of original Soviet construction. Chaika V8 is not Copy of Fiat .
@Schlipperschlopper6 жыл бұрын
Design and origin of the GAZ V8 is Italy of the late 1950s: zf24.de/fiat/fiat140.htm
@Schlipperschlopper6 жыл бұрын
This aluminium V8 engine (started as 4200cc italian prototype) was designed in Italy / Fiat by Rambaldo Bruschi, Ing. Cesare Tonegutti, Franco Bertoldi later blueprints of this engine and even parts and plans of the whole never built large Fiat 140 V8 statesman car sold to USSR there modified with larger bore by SV Rostkov @GAZ, so its notz a copy its just a Fiat licence built engine with some further developed aspects. gazoline.net/article2.php?id_article=2049

Fair play Sam,saved another relic of the eastern bloc,with some dedicated tinkering. Want to find something like that in a barn,but probably don't have the skills to get it running&be worried that bits are non existant as I have no contacts on the other side of the Iron Curtain! I'll have to content myself with stuff from this side of the Berlin wall& keeping old Mercs S classes running.Parts support is superb &the old German limos run forever.I keep east/west divide going tho,have to be pre 89!

It has the roughty sound of an engine with piston slap, hourglass valve guides, 46° port mating face with 45° valves, a spun main bearing, low oil pressure and yet it still runs and drives just as well as the day it left the factory! 👻
