It's a minor detail, but for some reason I've always loved that Ranga totally acts like a dog. Even when he speaks he's always really positive and excited and says the kind of thing you'd expect a dog would say if they could talk. He always hypes Rimuru and his allies and promises to do his best whenever he's given a task.

7:38 I don't watch the ln this is something i got from tensura review. Not 150k orc join rimuru nation, a portion of them make new settlement in various part of great jura forest. I don't know if the anime change things to make it simpler, or if rimuru really name all 150k orc or only a portion that join/live in rimuru village. In manga rimuru actually half-assed giving name some of them even have number. Like orc 1,orc 2 etc(not real name ) . 19:27 my theory is becomeing dwarf king cause him to evolve, like many goblin change appearance once they become hobgoblin. 19:48 he needs to make a show in front of his subordinate, just because he knows rimuru is not evil doesn't mean everyone in the dwarf kingdom now. He doesn't want to be known as someone who allies himself with evil majin.
