Illegals are being housed in hotels on government's dime while locals are sleeping in the streets. From someone who has worked in the NHS for decades my advice to you (thankfully I’m anonymous on here) is if you want something done quick or you are being made to wait with either a cancer or suspicion of cancer is to complain. Phone the complaints dept in your hospital and be a pain in the arse, tell them you will speak to the local media about how they are failing to treat you within the treatment guarantee period when you have a time critical diagnosis, it’s disgraceful and you feel you should make others aware of how that hospital trust is failing its patients. Let me know when you read this so I can remove it 😂

Meaning not literally going "straight into" but possibly after a level up class and/or training with a local professional.

@@murderoustendencies I hear you. However I worked in tertiary education before I retired and had a registered nursing background. So called equivalencies need very carefully cross referencing to ensure standards are met and this is often not happening. Work in care sector for example is considered low skilled but nothing could be further from the truth. The required skills and knowledge for the job are completely underestimated in my view. People that need care are extremely vulnerable and tend to be living with complex care needs. Qualifications and experience vary dramatically from country to country as does culture from both client and worker perspective. As care work tends to be female oriented, male workers from certain cultures often do not appreciate taking direction from females. I found the same thing in teaching. The race card is sometimes pulled when it comes to assessment of skills and knowledge. , accessing the assessor of judging when there is a clear distinction between assessment of all students and judgement. Sometimes it was obvious sometimes it was wasn’t. What does that mean for the client? The care sector needs suitably skilled and knowledge workers . To be honest the idea of unqualified people from a completely different cultus with completely different values caring for the elderly and people with disabilities fills me with horror and is an accident waiting to happen. And this not about racism, it’s about ensuring high standards of care for very vulnerable people. That’s the reality.

As someone who immigrated legally more than 10 years ago here, I came the legal way, worked hard to get a passport and eventually became british. I am just one example in milions of people that came legally to this country. Why do we now have to take milions of illigals aliens from the worst places on earth? meanwhile british people are dying, freezing thru winter and starving while illigals aliens are enjoying luxury hotels all over the country with all benefits included.
