941.30(2) (2) Second-degree recklessly endangering safety. Whoever recklessly endangers another's safety is guilty of a Class G felony. Why isn't this applied instead of the move over law which is only a $249 fine. Too many accidents are caused by failure to abide by this law. It clearly endangers the safety and lives of those stopped.
