Josh Thompson at Aromatic Fragrances International shows how the company does its analytical work. They use several GC/MASS spec's along with perfumery to do duplications of customers fragrances.

Nice setup there Josh, as a chromatography analytical chemist I'm a fan of Agilent myself! If you ever upgrade to the 5975 or 77, you might want to try converting your method to hydrogen carrier and you'll be able to resolve your separation in just a few mins per run rather than 20min plus with helium. Might help optimize your backlog flow and not require as large of a capital investment of many instruments running helium. Keep up the good work!!

Hey Josh, can you point us into the direction where we could buy this type of machine? We are a perfume company and hope to grow where we can do our on in house perfume analysis and manufacturing. Right now we outsource from France
