why does the braking force square the increase in speed , like you siad if speed is doubled , then why is the braking force 4 times the distance now

Pretty sure that when the speed in which the car is traveling is high than the thinking distance increases and vice versa

the higher the speed the harder it is to stop and brake. Your reaction time is what will either stop you from crashing or saves you
