This was actually a brilliant talk. I usually hate management and business related stuff, but I really enjoyed this. He presented even the boring things in a very interesting way. Great speaker.

What a quality presentation full of amazing information! He touches on every aspect of every good and bad studio I've worked for making me realize things I never even thought about those places but make perfect sense in retrospect!

Every time I watch the GDC talks I always feel an overwhelming sense of community, but the typical game developer forums are scattered across the internet. How are you guys staying connected? Or does everyone just go home after the GDC is over and stay in contact via messenger or something?

This is a great talk. To convey the information clearly, the voice of the video is too low.

Really insightful didn't expect a lecture on metaphysics on a game development channel somehow I expect that this lecture was not well received if at all.

My current studio has virtually no meetings and my morale is the lowest it’s ever been. I can go weeks without talking to a person face to face. Not to mention the constant miscommunications due to everything being done over chat texts

Great talk, but Jesse confused Agile with Scrum. Scrum came from the Agile world but is usually misunderstood and often implemented as the opposite of Agile ;)
